CONSULTING SERVICES
NOVA Scientific provides consulting and contract engineering for commercial and industrial enterprises. Working closely with the customer, NOVA develops a clearly defined program to meet the objectives and goals, given time and cost constraints. NOVA draws from a wide variety of independent subcontractors who can be integrated into a focused team, including nuclear engineers and scientists, optical physicists, advanced mechanical engineers, photocathode experts, semiconductor processing engineers, and other specialists. The great advantage of this approach is that appropriate technical efforts can be outsourced and carried out independently, without disruption or administrative overhead, yet with the customer still maintaining a very high degree of control of project direction and expense.
